  1. Dallas, there are no words sufficient to express our sorrow for the loss of our dear friend, your Mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, your brother and Dad and the rest of the family. I am so sorry that I won't be able to be there for the celebration of her life. I fly out first thing in the morning for Orlando and won't be back until Tuesday night. My trip cannot be changed. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. I will call your Dad when I get back.

  2. Dear Dallas,
over the weeks, I've sent several comments that never went through. I just figured out how this works.
I can't express to you the sadness we feel for you all. I only met Dee once, but she left me with the impression of being a woman full of life and good energy. She was so warm and sweet to me and seemed to have a neverending smile. I'm sure she was loved by many.
Ed and I prayed for all of you, and like everyone else, were hoping for a full recovery. We were checking your blog every day, awaiting good news.
We send you our most sincere condolence's. We really feel so sad about this. Knowing that she's in a beautiful place now makes thing's easier. I know she'll forever be missed by everyone who knew her.
With sad hearts, we send you love and hope that the sun will shine again soon.

  3. Dallas and boys,
We are so sorry for your loss. We have been praying for your family and will continue. I won't be able to make the trip for the celebration of Dee's life, but I feel we did that everytime we were together! She will always be with me and I will have only good memories of her and you all. We always enjoyed spending time with you.
If you ever need anything, we are here for you.

  4. I am so sorry for your loss. Dee was an awesome person. Unfortunately, I did not know about this until I saw it on the news Friday night. We did not talk often, but when we did you would have thought we talked every day. She will be missed

  5. What an emptiness we all feel. She was a rock in our community. Dee made everyone feel as if they were her best friend in the whole world whenever they were around her.
