Day 16

Another slow day today. My Mom did not have big changes in her condition. Her breathing was laborered early in the day. The doctor gave her some sedatives and that made her breathing much smoother and more relaxed. Her temperature was down around 99 tonight. Pray for her.

  1. We said a Mi Sheberakh prayer on Friday night for her as we do every Friday. Hang in there Dallas. Give our best to you Dad and brother from Temple Beth Tikvah. Michele and I visited last week. We will be there again this week.

  2. Dallas,

I was at my Vet today and the secretary asked about Dee. She didn't know that visitation was allowed. Apparently others think that folks are not allowed to visit in ICU. May I suggest that you mention it in your blog. I personally think that talking to her and touching her like holding her hand is vital to her recovery. The more the better.

    My best,
